Ronaldo, Lampard, Mourinho and a surprise addition Smalling are included in the 2016 Guinness Book of Records for football

Ronaldo has the accolade for La Liga hat-tricks (27),

Lampard for scoring against the most Premier League opponents (39)

Mourinho for most points in a Premier League season (95), most Champions Leagues won at different clubs (2), youngest manager to reach 100 Champions League games (at 49 years 12 days) and most home games unbeaten in the Premier League (77).

After receiving the award Jose Mourinho insists he is just focusing on his future achievements.

"The fact they gave me the awards in a way that I can put them up in my office is nice," he said.

"It’s something fun and as a kid you could never imagine that one day you would be in the Guinness Book of Records.

"You know me, these awards are for something I did in the past and obviously it’s nice, but for me what’s more important is what I can do in the future."

Other big name to be included in the Guinness Book of Records is... Chris Smalling! He scored the fastest goal in the Premier League by a substitute from kick-off, a strike against Burnley after five minutes and nine seconds last season. He scored again in the same match to bag himself the accolade of most goals in the Premier League scored by a substitute in the first half.
